Steve Rodts

Steve is a licensed insurance producer and Sr. Account Executive for Auto Dealers Risk Solutions, the Michigan based subsidiary of the Ralph C Wilson, Agency.

Mr. Rodts began his insurance career in 1989. Specializing in the placement of Property, Garage Liability, Dealers Open Lot Physical Damage (Inventory), Pollution, Professional, Workers’ Compensation and Director’s & Officer’s programs. Steve also has a particular expertise with Finite and Bond products as well as underwriting preparation for local, national, or international clients.

What makes Steve so successful is his relationships with his clients. He has the ability to communicate effectively with not only the client but also underwriting and claims departments to help resolve contractual, policy and risk issues

He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Illinois State University and holds the highly respected “Certified Insurance Counselor” designation. Steve is experienced in handling a wide variety of insurance matters ranging from large loss settlement, self insured programs, environmental issues, employee benefits, life insurance, loss control programs, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, certificate of insurance and contract obligations.

Steve is licensed as a Resident Counselor and Producer with qualifications in Multiple Lines Property and Casualty, Accident and Health, Life, and Variable Annuities placements. He is also available as a consultant upon the client’s request.

Steve is active in his son’s local Boy Scout troop, a former den leader and currently the treasurer. He enjoys outdoor activities including mountain biking, kayaking, fishing, hunting and golfing.
